The location was great

Two of the beds were broken, so people slept on the floor. The chairs were almost falling apart. The kitchen lacked essential cooking items like a spatula. The kitchen did not match the photos on booking.com, the sofas are gone, and there's a bigger table. We found silverfish in one of the bathrooms. The shower had almost no water pressure, the shower doors were falling apart (you couldn't close it), the shower head pointed downwards and you couldn't move it.

"Great value base for a group of friends"

Lots of space, comfy beds, with two bathrooms, and a central location, made this a great base for a trip with friends. Great value!

As noted in previous reviews, the shower door was broken, and some of the radiators probably needed bleeding, so some rooms were a little cool for our liking (but it wasn't freezing).
