Kamenita Apartment

The apartment is nicely located within walking distance of the center, there is a bakery directly next door and parking space if needed. It is fully equipped and the sofa is very comfortable for a 3rd guest. The hosts are very kind and helpful. Would 100% recommend!

La gentillesse de nos hôtes, ainsi que divers renseignements donnés par ces derniers. La proximité du centre historique, une dizaine de minutes à pieds. Et bien sur la place de parking!!!! Proximité d'une épicerie et d'une boulangerie.

Appartamento ECCEZIONALE: ad un passo a piedi dal centro di Spalato, accanto ad una panetteria e vicinissimo ad un supermercato. Soppalcato, a pieno terra la cucina nuovissima, il bagno, il soggiorno con divano letto e un giardino con tavolo e sedie esterne. Sul soppalco la camera da letto. Dotato di condizionatore. L'appartamento è nuovo e curato nei particolari, i proprietari abitano al piano superiore e sono molto gentili. Consigliatissimo!

Great location and very nice owners we felt like at home

No negative points

This is a cute, little apartment very close to the old center of Split. There are some essentials like coffee filters- however no coffee. The owners live right upstairs and are very friendly and helpful. There are also written instructions about the WiFi, the tv etc.

Keep in mind that it is cute and little, so no laundry machine, no dishwasher, …

Helpful host, easy parking (in front of the house, not on the side of the street) central location (shop and bakery just outside the door, old town reachable in 10 minutes walk), the size of the apartment is compact, you still have everything you need (also for ironing or cooking) and it was enough for the 4 of us (didn't feel overcrowded or small).

The first nice beach is a bit far, 20 minutes walk.

Byt má výbornú polohu (vzdialenosť do centra cca 10 min pešej chôdze), kompletné vybavený. Hneď vedľa je pekáreň, ktorá ponúka široký sortiment čerstvých výrobkov. Majiteľ veľmi ústretový. Komunikácia s ním bola bezchybná. Pohodlné parkovanie. Môžem len odporúčať.

We had a fantastic stay! The owners were incredibly welcoming and met us in person, which made us feel right at home from the start. The apartment is in a perfect location, close to everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the bakery right in the same building—fresh bread every morning was a treat! The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook, relax, and feel comfortable. Another big plus was the small yard, where our kids could safely play. Would definitely love to come back!
