Great location, only a five minute walk into centre. Arrival instructions were clear. Great communications and contact from owner, Great space for a four night stay in Split. Supermarket nearby, kitchen facilities all good.

We had a really pleasant stay in this modern and well-equipped apartment. Ines was an amazing host. She responded quickly and ensured we were prepared with all the check-in info. The apartment was located a short walk into town. Most importantly, the room was well stocked with everything - even a mini 4kg washing machine & laundry detergent. Thank you Ines for a wonderful stay.

The studio is well-equipped with everything needed. I appreciated that all the kitchen appliances and utensils are of high quality. The bed is super comfortable and the bedsheets soft. The location is perfect: in a charming neighbourhood just a few minutes walk from the city centre and a 15-minute walk to the bus station/port/train station. There are many shops and bakeries close by and a Lidl supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.

The walls are thin and I could hear guests next door talking.

Could not fault this accommodation. Clean, comfortable, modern facilities. Great location. Would definitely stay here again

Position is very good and the apartment is nice

No parking at all in the area, the apartment was slightly smelling of closed place. Price was high especially as we went in november when split is empty
