Asukoht jõe ääres, otse vanalinna äärel, lähedal meelelahutusele. Lihtne kontaktivaba sissepääs korterisse. Elutuba ruumikas ja mõnus seltskonnale aja veetmiseks.

Korterisse check-in ja -out ajad on ebanormaalsed, sissepääs kl 16-st ja välja peab kolima juba kl 10. Eeldades, et enamasti tulevad külalised Riiga puhkusele, mitte tööasjus, siis on väga häiriv, et peab nädalavahetuse hommikul kasutama äratuskella õigeaegseks väljakolimiseks. Otse akna taga oleva suure magistraali tänavamüra kostus tugevalt magamistubadesse ja meil jäid suht magamata ööd seetõttu. Voodi ülimadal ja madrats ebamugav. Tekid-padjad, voodipesu peaksid olema kvaliteetsemad (kitsas õhuke tekk ja madal lastemõõdus lame padi). Magamistoas oli külm, küte puudus, põrand täiesti külm, AC ei soojendanud piisavalt tuba üles, öösel hakkas häirivalt külm. TV-s ei olnud ühtki telekanalit, ainult sisselogitavad teenused.
