Stonehouse with wonderful seaview

Dimitris and his family are very friendly people and gave very good feedback about Samos. Thank you for everything.

Αρκετή δυσκολία πρόσβασης στο σπιτάκι με αμάξι λόγω του παραδοσιακού οικισμού. Αλλά δεν πειράζει τα καταφέραμε.

A wonderful place to live and spend time while on the island. The stonehouse is well equipped with everything you need, with a little kitchen, cozy and I especially liked the wonderful balcony with a nice view and the bedroom upstairs. Communication with the host and his father was friendly, prompt and I am sure they were ready to help whenever needed. There are shops, restaurants and some hiking trails right by. For me it was a business trip this time. Therefore, I did not have much time for sightseeing but I would definitely come back to this great place.

There really is nothing I could criticize.;-) Thank you again.

Sehr schönes gemütliches Appartement zum Wohlfühlen. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Durch die Lage, etwas oberhalb des Zentrums, kann man einen wunderbaren Rundblick über die Stadt und die Meeresbucht haben. Auf dem zierlichen Balkon lässt sich dies besonders geniessen. Ins Zentrum gehts über einige, steile Treppen hinunter, oder eben hinauf. Das habe ich sehr genossen, so wie das in Griechenland oft zu finden ist. Weisse, breite, lange Treppen. Schade konnte ich nur 3 Tage dort sein. Ich komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Vater und Sohn! Super gemacht! 🙏🏻

Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr gastfreundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Tolle Ausgangslage, um die Insel zu erkunden. Tolle Aussicht, gute Ausstattung.

Samos’taki gerçek eviniz diyebilirim burası için. Evin konumu harika, limana yürüyerek en fazla 7 dakika sürüyor. Manzarası muhteşem ve evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcut. Restoranlara ve Vathi’nin merkezine yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük bir avantaj. Evin temizliği mükemmeldi; ufak, samimi, rahat, sessiz ve güvenli bir sokakta yer alıyor. Dimitris ve ailesi çok güler yüzlü, cana yakın ve yardımsever insanlar. Her konuda destek oldular — konum, yeme-içme, gezilecek yerler… Hepsiyle ilgilendiler. Evin içinde haritalar, bilgiler ve düşünülmüş detaylar var. Dimitris belli ki evine çok özen göstermiş. Konforlu, huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik. Samos’un ruhunu gerçekten burada hissediyorsunuz. Ev temiz, detaylı ve misafirperverlik mükemmel. Dolaba koydukları küçük bir kutu bile bizi mutlu etti — bu küçük incelikler çok şey anlatıyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Dimitris her konuda hızlı dönüş yapıyor ve her zaman destek veriyor. Burada çok mutlu olduk, tatilimiz harika geçti. Bir dahaki Samos tatilimizde hiç düşünmeden yine burada kalacağız. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz! 💙 This place truly felt like our real home in Samos. The location is perfect — only about a 7-minute walk to the port. The view is amazing, and the house has absolutely everything you might need. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and Vathi center, which is a big plus. The house was spotless — cozy, quiet, comfortable, and located in a safe street. Dimitris and his family were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They assisted us with everything — from places to eat to where to go and what to see. Inside the house, you can find maps and local tips. Dimitris clearly puts a lot of care into this home. We had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. You can truly feel the spirit of Samos here. Everything was perfect — clean, detailed, thoughtful. Even the small welcome gift in the fridge made us so happy; such a lovely touch. We absolutely recommend this place!

Das zauberhafte Haus liegt oberhalb der Bucht von Samos mit einem grandiosen Ausblick in einer ruhigen Gasse. Es ist top saniert, blitzblank und vollständig eingerichtet - nichts fehlt. Der Vermieter ist ständig zu erreichen, sehr hilfsbereit - sorgt für Taxi und was man benötigt. Vor Ort wird man von seinem Vater betreut, der ebenfalls die Reinform von Gastfreundschaft verkörpert. Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub.

Nichts

This is a small, cozy apartment in the city center. Shops, cafes, and the promenade are just a 3–5 minute walk away. The owner is wonderful and very responsive. There is a lovely little balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a great view of the bay. Parking is available right next to the entrance, but keep in mind that this is the old town, so the streets are rather narrow. Apart from that, everything was excellent.
