The location is good, very near to exit 1 of Hongik Univ station and with escalator too. Room is clean and well equipped. Size is reasonable for its location.

The location is great, easy access to Hongdae areas. The property itself is very clean and comfy and it has everything needed, including washing machine! We enjoy our stay very much. Will recommend it whenever we have a chance.

Location was perfect, close to Hongdae Station Exit 1 and to the main Hongdae streets Host was extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay, such as providing extra blankets as the weather got colder, extra toiletries for longer stays. Would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to our family & friends. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality and we look forward to staying at your guesthouse again in the future!!

"A spacious room located in one of Korea’s hotspots with convenient transportation."

My friend and I loved the location a lot and being able to look down to see people going about their day. The buses were right in view. I really loved how simple it was to get to the subway and buses. The room size was excellent and so spacious. The amenities were useful. I liked the clothing rack that was provided since we had jackets to hang. Overall, I highly recommend because the room was big for a place in Seoul.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, but I would have liked clearer expectations on cleaning the room like taking the trash out. The directions were clear, but we were slightly confused if we had to toss everything out or not. However, we decided to take all our trash out after separating them. The man downstairs refused to accept the waste bag since it wasn’t the correct bag. Maybe inform guests to know that they’ll have to buy their own trash bag for waste(?)
