The apartment was well appointed. The views were outrageously beautiful. I loved the deck to view the mountains and green fields. It was quiet. The hot tub was spacious and had amazing views of the mountains. The little town was walking distance.

The rooms had partial walls or glass at the top so lights on in any of the bedrooms or living room could be seen in all the bedrooms. Bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light.

That we had to leave

At the check in I was informed that the towels are changed daily - unfortunately unless calling the reception and asking for towels swap nothing happened. Spa towels were unavailable within one hour after opening the spa area (sauna) - for 6 nights this was a case for 4 days in a row. People where not using the saunas as they should (using saunas in bathing suites and than jumping in those bathing suites into the pools). Staff no where to find and no attention to the way how people use the spa area.

Great location, very well connected to ski slopes (just outside the hotel). You can also buy ski tickets at the hotel reception.

The accommodation was absolutely stunning – modern, exceptionally well-equipped, and full of fantastic amenities. Everything was spotless and impeccably clean, with a level of attention to detail that made the stay truly special. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to assist. The SPA was richly equipped, offering a luxurious experience, while the pools provided breathtaking views of the beautiful surrounding nature. I wholeheartedly recommend indulging in a massage by Lucca – it was absolutely fantastic, deeply relaxing, and an incredibly enjoyable experience. The ski depot was incredibly convenient, with direct access to a ski slope that connects to the amazing Tre Cime ski area. This is a perfect choice for families, and I wholeheartedly recommend it! A truly unforgettable stay!

The only negative experience during our stay wasn’t related to the accommodation itself but rather to some of the other guests. I noticed a significant lack of etiquette and disregard for basic rules in the pool and SPA area. There were instances of loud talking, leaving sauna doors open, and personal belongings, glasses, trash, and other items scattered around. Unfortunately, even after the hotel staff addressed the issue, some guests failed to comply. I would recommend clearly displaying the rules of conduct in multiple locations to ensure a more pleasant experience for everyone.

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Its a nice touch that they collect the garbage from the apartment every day. I had a massage in the spa with a guy called Luca, very professional and great experience.

We based the location on the pictures on Booking.com and they are misleading. It shows that the hotel is surrounded by nature but its rather in a town and connected to two other hotel by the same owner. Its a large complex which we ware not aware of.

It’s a charming apartment with lots of amenities for kids.

The place is very wonderful and quiet, the mountains surrounding the apartments are beautiful, the staff is friendly and responsive to everything I needed, the internet is excellent.. I recommend it as a first choice for those who want to relax in northern Italy.
