Hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der nebenan wohnt. Gute Lage in Sexten. Zentral, aber ruhig, da in einer Nebenstraße und nicht an der Hauptstraße. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Terasse.

Die offizielle Check-Out Zeit ist für eine FeWo recht früh, wir hatten allerdings mehr Zeit, weil an dem Tag kein Mieterwechsel war. Es wäre schön, wenn in der Küche ein paar Basics wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl vorhanden wären.

La struttura è nuova e Moderna con apparecchiature elettroniche "green " mantenendo comunque l'aspetto tipico Montano. Cucina funzionale, bellissimo bagno principale e secondario utile. Le camere adeguate al soggiorno. La terrazza molto amplia e possibilità di mangiare all' esterno. Garage al coperto e chiuso di notte.
