"Perfect to explore the city on foot"

For those who like to experience new cities on foot, this is a perfect location, right near the park which goes directly to the center of the city. It’s very quiet in here and the air is fresh. The apartment itself is fine.

With the quiet of the location comes lack of soundproofing in the house. I could hear the neighbours sneeze. The bed is extremely squeaky.
