We were told when we arrived that the air conditioning/heater unit in the lounge only worked intermittently so to use the one in the bedroom. This one worked and gave some heating to the lounge. However, the apartment wasn't warm enough especially in April. I think this should have been resolved before our arrival. Although there was a sofa in the lounge, there was no coffee table so you couldn't sit and relax there Door to the apartment difficult to open

This apartment is on the “Ground Floor”, great news for carrying heavy luggage travelers. This apartment is very classy designed with modern appliances and furnitures, and still has plenty of old structures charms. Inside the apartment is extremely clean, large living/kitchen area and bedroom, easy to move around, all towels are top quality, Bathroom shower water temperature and pressure control is perfect. also have tower heater too. Taxi drop off and pickup right at the door, Piazza del Campo, bus station, many excellent restaurants and specialty shops all nearby. The owner Simone always fast responded and waiting for us when we arrived, he is very polite and helpful, we love this apartment very much, and highly recommended anyone to book early for stay in this lovely apartment.
