Attico San Francesco

Tolle Lage mit guter, fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt von Siena, fantastische Aussicht auf Siena, gut sortierter Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, 2 große Terrassen, angenehme Raumaufteilung, sehr gute Ausstattung, Vermieter ausgesprochen freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar, viele wertvolle und persönliche Informationen durch den Vermieter. Vielen lieben Dank für alles Rosaria und Alessandro. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Das wunderschöne Attico San Francesco hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen und war eine der schönsten Ferienunterkünfte, die wir je gemietet haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und vor allem hochwertig sowie sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft so gut gefüllt, dass wir in den ersten Tagen gar nicht einkaufen mussten. Auch für das Frühstück war reichhaltig gesorgt. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie eine Flasche erstklassiger Wein, Biscotti von einer Traditionsbäckerei aus Siena oder teure Haarpflege- und Duschartikel haben uns Freude bereitet. Auch die zwei flauschigen weißen Bademäntel waren eine willkommene Zugabe. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse u.a. auf die Basilika San Francesco ist sensationell und wir haben so manchen Abend dort verbracht und das einzigartige Panorama genossen. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Sekunde an wie Zu Hause. Mit dazu beigetragen hat auf jeden Fall Alessandro, unser Gastgeber, der uns nicht nur die Koffer hoch getragen hat, sondern uns auch mit tollen Ausflugs-, Konzert- und Restaurant-Tipps begeistert hat. Alessandro, tausend Dank für Deine sensationelle Gastfreundschaft!!! Wir hätten uns keinen besseren und sympathischeren Gastgeber wünschen können. Da gibt es keinerlei Kritikpunkte. Da uns Alessandro die Koffer in den 4. Stock getragen hat, haben wir einen Fahrstuhl nicht vermisst.

Amazing apartment with everything we could possibly need for our week long stay. There were 4 of us with quite a lot of luggage - Allesandro picked us up from the station, helped us up the stairs with all our cases, and delivered us back at the station when we checked out. The kitchen was stocked with snacks, breakfast food, beer, wine, coffee, and the fridge was full of delicious goodies. He bought us pastries during the week and delivered a new jug when our one didn't work. The terrace and views were spectacular - we loved sitting out enjoying the views at night. The apartment was like a home away from home, and it is in a great location near the escalators that take you up into the old town. Loved our stay in Siena!

There was nothing to dislike!

Quiet location, with a fabulous view. Very spacious. Accomodated my gluten free request with a great selection for breakfast Close to a Carrefour Fabulous terrace with a great view of the old city

Although not an issue for us, this is a top floor apartment and has no lift/elevator, just a mention for anyone infirm.

Merci à Alessandro pour sa gentillesse et disponibilité. Une adresse à recommander pour la situation de l'appartement (10 min du centre à pied) avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la vieille ville. Rien ne manquait dans l'appartement qui est en plus très bien agencé.

We loved everything about this property! It’s a beautiful family home with wonderful patio views, large comfortable rooms, a detailed book with many recommendations of the best restaurants, museums, wine tastings, etc. in Siena. Alessandro was the most exceptional host! He communicated with us the moment we confirmed our booking and even arranged transportation to and from the train station. Out of the various apartments we stayed in Italy, this was our favorite by far! We will recommend to our friends to visit and we hope to be back soon. Grazie mille, Alessandro e famiglia!

Everything was wonderful!

The apartment is so lovely as soon as you walk in everything is perfect and then you see the view from the terrace and it takes your breath away.

There was nothing to dislike and even the 4 floors are worth the walk

The terraces and the views were amazing!!! The interior is spotlessly clean with great sized bedrooms (with very comfortable beds) and living room. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries. He also very kindly left us an array of breakfast foods, snacks, a selection of teas and coffees and a bottle of Tuscan wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave.

Nothing. For us everything was amazing and we would certainly return!!! Less mobile guests might find the stairs to the attic/penthouse challenging as there is no lift.

The apt has a beautiful view of Siena. Rooms had very comfortable beds. Kitchen fully equipped with lots of free amenities provided by hosts. Breakfast was great, fully stuffed apt. Having a Carrefour just a few steps from the apt was super useful. Centrally located in a quiet area.
