Ralitza est très réactive et sympathique dans les échanges. Bel appartement très propre. Brioches, gâteaux, yaourts, confiture, œufs et autres sont prévus pour le petit déjeuner.

Pas de Clim même si heureusement il y a des ventilateurs ( on est arrivés à Sofia sous 35 degrés 😅)

"Amazing property and host"

The location is unbeatable - a few steps from the National Palace of Culture and the main pedestrian street (Vitosha). The host (Ralitsa) is great and very responsive. The apartment was sparkling clean at check-in and the host left snacks and beverages for the guests. We needed to check out late and Ralitsa seamlessly accommodated our request.

"Stay in Sofia"

Very nice apartment with a lot of space. The location is perfect, directly to the city centre. It's very easy to come by subway from the airport. A super cool plan for a long weekend to do shopping in Sofia (much less expensive than the other european capitals)

Don't judge the book by the cover. From the street, the building looks old (like all the others nearby). But it is nothing...

We loved our time here! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. It was centrally located and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Communication with the owner was easy and smooth—she was so thoughtful and even provided fresh fruit and pastries for us. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and convenient stay!

"Quiet, modern apartment, perfect for a city break."

A wonderful spacious apartment with much attention to detail. Spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, modern bathroom and well resourced kitchen. Breakfast was provided, croissants, fruit and yogurts as well as tea, coffee and milk. Such a great idea and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The host promptly replied to my messages and gave very clear instructions how to enter the property. It was situated a few minutes from the NDK and 1 minute from vitosha boulevard. I highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

The building could do with some repairs and a lick of paint, but once inside the apartment, it was wonderful. A little trivial but we couldn’t find a tea towel.
