The property has a great location and a lot of potential. The apartment itself is spacious and could be very comfortable with proper maintenance. Additionally, it has a boiler, which, if connected, could provide a reliable hot water supply. With some improvements in cleanliness and upkeep, it could be a fantastic place to stay.

The biggest issue was the lack of hot water. Although the host assured us that it would be fixed, it never was. There was a boiler in the apartment, but it wasn’t connected—if it had been, the issue could have been avoided. Additionally, the apartment needed better maintenance—some electrical outlets were loose and potentially hazardous, a kitchen panel kept falling off, and overall cleanliness was lacking (for example, one of the towels had makeup stains). Check-in was also delayed past the stated time, which indicated poor time management. Furthermore, since the host was aware of the water issue, they should have informed us in advance.

Spacious. Large living room. Good TV and internet. Large dining table. Two WCs. Washer and Dryer.

Limited kitchen utensils (no cutting knife, no cutting board, one small skillet) Mattresses too soft. Bed sheets and towels outdated

Proximity to centre. Host was ok

There was no warm water in the sink in the bathroom. The main bathroom had a horrible smell - had to keep its door closed as the smell was all around the apartment. We arrived late and were there for one night so we skipped taking a shower due to unbearable smell.

Apartment is wide and warm. Beds are comfortable. Host is easy to reach and contactless check-in is perfect for flying.

Bathrooms were not quite clean and the bed linens were the cheapest one made only from polyester.

the couch

The TV didn't work. The manager said "it worked when I was there; nothing I can do about it." The "other bedroom" has 2 children's beds. Not fit for a single adult. NO curtains in master bedroom directly across from an apartment building. The parking was on a very crowded street. The manager refused to respond to text or phone calls for assistance. Our worst booking EVER. 2 of our 4 adult party had to sleep on the L shaped couch. It was better than the floor, maybe.

Very stylish and modern apartment, easy check in and check out, available for late check- in, useful for late flights like ours, near to the airport. Parking in front of the building. We will definitely use this accommodation again.

Spacious rooms

It was very dirty. Floor, kitchen pan,sofa, bathroom… Everything is kind of broken, drawer, doors.. No sample shower gel-shampoo… Want to cook something : no salt pepper oil.. at least the basics… Better to book an hotel room, at least you don’t expect anything more than a bed and you’ll get what to shower. When booking an apartment it is disappointing that simple things that would make your stay great are missing…
