Il design semplice e accogliente dell'appartamento; i proprietari molto disponibili; macchina del caffè con alcune cialde disponibili; cucina ben attrezzata; negozio di alimentari sotto casa; centro a 10 minuti a piedi; fermata del tram dietro l'angolo; TV con Netflix attivo.

Il bagno con doccia integrata è un po' scomodo perchè bisognava asciugare tutto dopo ogni doccia. In 5 è poco pratico. Mancava un piumino per chi dormiva sul divano.
