The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and bars in close proximity.

The facilities are very old. The tables and chairs are unstable, and the AC remote controller is broken, cannot see the current temperature. The room is also very dirty, with animal hair everywhere, including floor, sofa, and even the bed. Inside the room, there is clearly one bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room. I'm not sure why the description mentioned two beds and one sofa bed. Furthermore, there's an additional charge of 7 BGN per day for the AC electricity, and no receipt is provided
