Sunny & Stylish Brand new 2bdr Apartment + Parking

Very nice, modern and spacious apartment. It has good location and free parking space.

When we came the linens and the towels was not clean. It wasn't cleaned and it was no option to give us clean linens and towels the same day. The gave us the day after.

The apartment was in a new building, was clean and in a good location.

We would have liked to have at least some basic supplies in the apartment, like water, soap, tea and coffee, as we arrived quite late and didn't had time to go to a store.

At some moment water source was out of water...

This property was close to the Ring Road going around the city, so good for traveling without getting stuck in the city traffic. It was a newly-built area, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, Lidl and other stores and a mall close by, good instructions for getting inside the building, good parking spot, quiet area, nice view from the 8th floor!

No coffee machine or small pot, just a kettle to boil water, but no strainer for the coffee grinds. Like other places in Bulgaria, there is a shower but no cabinet or curtain in the bathroom.

I was not able to get into the property. She never sent me the information to be able to go into the department.  the date I was supposed to go into the apartment it was late evening. I call him over the phone with the help of my friend and I ask him if she’d be able to send the information to my friends email since I just arrive from the airport and I don’t have Internet yet, and I did try to contact him right before my flight to attend information and he have never respond, he was very rude to me. He said that he’s not able to do this send information to someone else and I need to figure out how to get Internet. I told him that I should place a complaint because he has been very rude to me, and I have tried to contact him several times before my flight to attend information that’s not right I have two kids with me, and it’s late  evening  he said that he doesn’t care and I need to leave the property immediately. Then my friend offered me to change the cards from his phone to my phone. I did that and I text him again. OK now I have Internet can you please send me the information I am a mother with two kids you can do this to me, it’s not my fault that you haven’t sent the information he never respond. I tried to call him several times he never respond and he also mark on the app as like I have been there as a complete booking that’s awful.

It was easy to find the flat based on the instructions we got in e-mail. The apartment was quite new with a modern design on the 8th floor. We also had a parking place. Every room had an own air condition, there was a washing machine, a dishwasher, a smart TV and two separated bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, we could also cook.

The metal peace between the wood floor and the tiles was damaged, with a sharp edge which was dangerous. The electric kettle and the garage door was not working. One curtain was teared off. The led light in one bedroom could not be turned off. There was a broken wineglass in the kitchen cabinet. The kitchen was not cleaned well, however the bathrooms and the bedrooms were clean.

Great accommodation and location. The apartment had everything you may need. Very clean and beautiful. The check in instructions are very clear and easy to do. We loved staying here and we will definitely come back.
