The place has a hearth—beautifully decorated with a lot of love. It is situated in the most prestigious and central part of the city. It significantly exceeded my expectations and made me want to stay more. The swing was the best part of it. It is very sunny and has plenty of natural light.

The bathroom is on the exit, so your shoes make a mass after shower.

the swing and the view are amazing, the place is very quiet and there are birds singing in the morning. the bed is very comfy, the kitchen is well-equipped, coffee machine works well, there's a fridge and a washing machine, so my long-term stay was pleasant.

there's an unusual shower/toilet decision in this apartment, it worked for me, but most of the time I lived there on my own. for 2 people using the bathroom could be a team building activity because the shower and toilet are the first thing you see when you enter, bathroom is the entrance practically. I leave the rest to your imagination.

All the reviews for this place are accurate. In summary: -This place has a cockroach problem. Every day I woke up to a new dead cockroach in the apartment. At night, they run around the apartment. -When I first arrived, the place smelled like sewage. When I reported this to the management company, they said this was normal and refused to cancel my reservation or move me elsewhere. -The entrance to the apartment is through the bathroom, which if you recently showered, will be sopping wet. -You will absolutely hit your head in this place, no matter your height. There are so many low-hanging supports and walls that I hit my head at least 10-times. -The kitchen is quite disappointing. No microwave or water heater. -Cleanliness was lacking throughout the apartment. Lots of dust which leaves you congested. -The WORST part about this property is the management company. They are incredibly unresponsive and dismissive. Whether it be the smell of the apartment, the wifi going out due to unpaid bill, or failing to provide a clean set of towels or extra coffee for extended stays, they simply did the least they could.

First, that you enter directly in the bathroom... But what bothered me a lot more are the cockroaches... the building, obviously has problem with that, i guess they try to fight, because there are dead cockroaches in the corridor, but we had a live one inside and it was not nice.

A very nice place with a cozy atmosphere. Nicely designed space that provides everything what a person needs. The coffee machine and the boho swing were the best combination and the highlight of my stay in the apartment. :) Everything is easily accessible, there are good and well understandable instructions from the host and the overall experience was very pleasant for me. I had a very cosy stay. I’d recommend the apartment for a single person stay as the bed might be too small for two people.

The bathroom is far from ideal for various reasons. I already saw this system in Bulgaria - shower is head attached to the bathroom sink and one showers over the floor which has a small drain. Everything becomes wet, whole bathroom gets humid and therefore needs to be left open after showering… if left closed, the musty smell appears…
