Delightful location

it was clean very near the metro station and the grocery store the staf was really nice and gave us the checkin information one day prior it had all the facilities like washing machine, iron, blow dryer, coffee machine etc

the bathroom was a little small the elevator was a little bit scary the bed was a little small

I Booked this apartment because I wanted a fridge and more than that a dolce gusto coffe machine couse at home we use to use our dolce gusto to do coffee .As soon as we arrived my husband went to do a coffee and he found that the coffee machine was broken .I tried to call the host and I send her a video as soon as we went in the flat but she only wanted to text and she said they will come over the following day at 10.00 I told her that who cleaned the flat didn't clean the coffee machine couse he will notice that the coffee machine is broken. At 10 the following day we had an excertion so i told her that her husband can go inside and check the machine.At 10.20 the day after she text told me her husband was ringing but I told her yesterday I told your were not going to be there so she said there is nothing else to do so he left and they left us the 3 days with a broken dolce giusto machine .

The flat was not clean a specially the kitchen top cupboard where the people leave some things that means that they didn't clean in the bedroom people leave things and was still there the coffee mugs were broken when you do a coffee the coffee start dropping on you as the mug is broken.

This apartment I got pretty nice, specially for family. Situated in good area, closely supermarket, pharmacy, metro, railway and bus station. In apartment we got all we need, even more. Owner is friendly, thx.

I liked the location I liked the friendliness of the staff I liked the apartment from inside

There is nothing I disliked however I suggest more glasses and pots for cooking as we were four plus child so we constantly had to wash to reuse.
