Clean, modern interior, nearby nice park.

I really enjoyed the apartment. It was very cozy and large, very clean , warm and modern. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the parking was inside the building keeping our car safe. The owner was very polite and helpful.

Nice furnishing

The studio is actually on a minus floor, not even ground 0 which is definitely not clear from description and pictures. The terrace is shared with another 3 studios which is also not clear from description and pictures. The outside space was quite dirty and I had to clean it myself to use it. The fridge is super noisy during the night which is definitely not cool when its in the same space as the bed. Found also many spider webs inside (probably cuz of the -1 floor) and hair that was not mine in the bathroom. Location is not the best - far away from public transport but pleasant thing is that its close to the park. I also was unlucky to be there during a time when there was some kind of heavy reconstructing on the floor above me (i was home office) so veeery noisy but this clearly is not the host's fault.
