The location is really central & all the tourist spots are on walkable distances

The mattress was really uncomfortable to sleep on! It was so soft I woke up with back pain, better they should invest in a better mattress

It's in a very central location very close to the Ivan Vazov National theater and also only 1 km from the city center. Has a nearby payed car parking.

The aprtment and curtains smell cigarette smoke. The plaster on the kitchen walls has fallen off, and there's no shower curtain in the bathroom. The apartment building's stairwells are neglected.

Good central location is only positive thing really. It's bareable if you are in a budget. 24/7 shop for snacks/drinks next door. Happy Bar over the road and a pizzeria. Clean bedding and towels. Internet, once I asked for a password. AC worked in bedroom. Ground floor, up 6 steps.

There's 2 apartments listed, we got the 1 that looked like the place had been robbed when we arrived. Nothing at all on the walls or anywhere in the kitchen. Equipped kitchen it was not! 1 set cutlery, 1 pan, 1 frying pan. No kettle, which is listed. No TV (not on listing so fair enough). The pipe on back of the toilet was half off so was dripping soiled water on the floor. Once i realised i pushed it back on. The mop hasn't seen a wash/ bleach for months I'd say so not exactly nice to dry the bathroom floor after a shower. Shelves by bed were hanging off the wall, mattress was lumpy, as were the pillows. Door frame on front door had been ripped off. Fridge was mouldy, as was the bathroom ceiling (no vent). Really noisy street noise, if you live in a city you'll not be bothered.

Wir haben sehr spontan gebucht und es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Schlüssel via Schlüsselbox und Code innerhalb weniger Minuten nach der Buchung. Zentrale Lage, alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Grosszügige und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Hatten tolles Duschmittel und Schampoo :) Für den Preis sehr sehr gute Unterkunft.

Das Bett ist ein wenig durchgelegen. Sonst alles prima.

Noi abbiamo soggiornato a str.Georgi S.Rakovski ‘110 ap.1, posizione comoda e centrale. Nonostante fossimo al primo piano i rumori della strada non erano eccessivi o quantomeno nulla che non si potesse risolvere con dei tappi. Letto comodo. Personale disponibile, abbiamo fatto il check in anticipato.

Purtroppo la pulizia abbastanza scarsa: armadietti unti (probabilmente erano le ditate del coinquilino precedente), abbiamo trovato un piatto sporco ma soprattutto la muffa nel frigorifero!!! Per quanto riguarda la cucina ci siamo ritrovati in due con 1 forchetta, 1 cucchiaio e 3 coltelli, per cucinare c’è una sola pentola (no padelle (l’abbiamo dovuta comprare noi), no scola pasta) e non c’è neanche il phone per capelli. Per l’amor di Dio per 30€ a notte a testa mi posso anche adattare ma avrei preferito sapere tutto ciò prima di prenotare. Non indicate certi servizi se non li potete fornire!!

Asansör yoktu. Bina eski olduğu için rutubet kokusu vardı. Eşyalar çok eskiydi. Mutfak dolap kulpları kırık ve açmak zordu. Örümcek ağları vardı.
