Elegant 2bdr Apartment with a Balcony

The flat and the rooms themselves were nice and the location is in the center of Sofia.

1) Check-in was tedious, I had to take a photo of all of our 6 passports and upload them into their system, I had to change the quality settings of photos on my phone because the online system didn't allow large images. 2) Parking our car was practically impossible due to location 3) Very noisy outside + very hot rooms, only one room with air conditioning, impossible to keep windows open throughout the night.

The system whereby the landlord sends the code for the key box on our day of arrival is unsatisfactory. We left home at 4 am to get our flight, I checked my computer when I was leaving and did not get a keycode. I phoned Booking.com on five occasions and this was a total disaster. The staff could barley speak English and I had the greatest of difficulty in explaining my problem and to them. I had the same problem understanding them. Eventually it appears that they did not receive my passport copies . All they had to do was phone me and explain to me the problem. Also you cannot speak to FLOK and you can only message them through 'whatsapp ' , I will never book this way again. My wife are both in our 70's we were left on the side of the street for over 5 hours!!!!

...this flat is close to everything, new, clean, modern, well equipped. I recommend it!

If I was to be really picky, loud fridge in the living room and a loose doorknob.
