"It was the best choice based on price/value."

The owner is very nice and gives a lot of useful information. Rooms and the balcony are big and the kitchen is well equipped. The metro is very close (100m) so you can get to the city center very easily. There is a cafe next to the apartment and a small shop. Kaufland and Billa are 3 minutes walk away. Street parking is easy and safe. 2 minutes walk away is the Happy restaurant where they have really good food.

Cleanliness-under zero. Hot water we didn’t have for 3 days, we understood this is common for the area. Should be installed a boiler for the people paying for this property. We had to wash ourselves with warming water on stove, absolutely unacceptable for the the price we paid. NOT recommended at all.

This place was my choice for second time, so happy !Nice balcony with view of the mountains very clean rooms. Very nice relaxing stay. Would recommend 100% . Close to shopping centre.
