Lokalizacja wyśmienita: do plaży 4 minuty spacerkiem, obok sklep spożywczy, bar z jedzeniem, po przeciwnej stronie ulicy piekarnia i warzywniak. 100 metrów obok apteka czynna 7 dni w tygodniu. Do Mola około 10 minut. Gospodarz bardzo kontaktowy i uczynny. Obiekt zawiera wszystko, co potrzeba.
