"Disappointed from what was encountered."

The sea view and patio.

We suffered 2 separate disturbances, one night at 2am, one night at 4am. Both from the same apartment. Both with different guests. Both cases were reported on email. The spare keys to apartments were stored in an unlocked key cabinet, easily accessible. The a/c is only in the 2nd bedroom.
