Apartment Dea II

Location. Spacious apt, very well presented.

Owner was very helpful, suppling us with all the basic info from Split. Apartment was spotless. Location was nearby ferries, attractions, supermarket and restaurants.

Its location is great, it's clean, new and AC works great, the check in was easy and the host was nice

It's next to a busy road and I could feel every time a car passed over a hole or something that is on the road and I couldn't have a good night sleep. Also no real windows that can be open and it's a bit dark.

The apartment is very nice and spacious and the location is perfect, close to the bus station and the main attractions. There is a lot of amenities to stay for a little longer. There are many options to eat nearby and a supermarket around the corner.

Poor ventilation and a constant smell of mold, even when it is very clean and there is a dehumidifier.

The host was so accommodating. I unfortunately was getting over food poisoning when we were supposed to arrive so our arrival was much later than planned. He accommodated this change no problem. Then my mom came down with the same thing our last evening and we asked for a later check out for a prorated rate instead of paying for a whole extra night the next day. He also was willing to work with us here which I really appreciated!

This is a very new looking apartment, just outside the old town. The apartment and the location was perfect. In few minutes walk you already in the old town and the harbour. Also a free buss to a big mall goes from a nearby buss stop. The owner was also very friendly and told us about the places nearby. Definetly recomend this apartment. Just enough outside the old town so it is quiet, but still very close to the harbour and old town.

The wifi signal could have been better.
