Room near the center

Todo muy lindo y limpio. Excelente ubicación. La señora que nos recibió muy amable y atenta.

Localisation : à 10 minutes à pied de la gare routière, ferry, centre ville historique de Split. Calme. Parfait pour rayonner sur Split à pied et repartir le lendemain vers autre destination.

Confort simple pour dormir, mais c était prévu via le descriptif de l annonce.

Very close to the Airport shuttle bus station and the Split old town. Everything is within walking distance. Also, the mattress is very comfortable. Everything is very clean.

A bit tricky to find. Don’t use Apple Map which is quite misleading. Google map is better.

The host was absolutely lovely and beyond kind. We loved our stay…. It is quite a small studio but it was perfect for our one night stay prior to cruise. Highly recommend to anyone

I struggled to use the laundry line as you have to half lean out the window but this is not a deal breaker, it was a lovely stay.

It was convenient to get to and was truly a few minutes from everything. Especially easy to check into and very nice hosts. Facilities all worked great. Would recommend for a short stay in Split.

Staff were pleasant. They live downstairs so were always available, but never gave us any hassle. The property was clean and had some basic utensils and dishes to use.

The air conditioner smelled very strongly of cigarettes to the point where it was unusable. For such a small room, in the peak of summer, this was a large issue and impacted our sleep heavily.

Les photos doivent être anciennes, c'est beaucoup plus vieillot, immeuble et chambre. Très bruyant jusqu'à minuit environ. C'est plus un logement pour des jeunes que pour une famille.

Muy bien situado y parking enfrente. La señora vive en el mismo edificio y es muy amable.
