Modern, large apartment

If anything, it was on the 3rd floor, but Ines our amazing host had everything in the room by the time we got back from parking our vehicle.

We thought the apartment was beautiful. Exactly as shown in the pictures. And the location is perfect for walking right into Diocletian's Palace and the old city. It was easy to communicate with the host, and she met us at the apartment to hand off the key and show us everything. Apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so be prepared to get your steps in, however the location is so prime that it makes up for it.

Lovely apartment in possibly one of the best locations in Split! Really modern with lovely bathroom. 2 adults and 2 kids stayed here and we were more than comfortable! Beds super comfy. Excellent AC, which was desperately needed given the super high temps! Host is wonderful and met us to help with our luggage up the stairs. Was also on hand the whole trip and even changed the bedding mid-way through after my Son had a nose bleed. Fantastic! Location is on the doorstep of Diocletian Palace with restaurants and shops literately next door. Best ice cream (Amore) just to the right and a lovely bakery just around the corner. Will definitely return!

Great hospitality from the host!

It was clean, modern, and perfectly located. Surprisingly low noise, despite a festival happening right outside the door. The hot water heater works really well. Almost burned myself.

The parking situation. It would be a perfect 10 if they could secure a spot nearby… even for an additional fee. We ended up spending €130 on parking for two nights. Also, it is 4 floors up without an elevator, but I was prepared for that by other reviews. Could be a bit much for some.

Location was excellent. Entry staircase isn’t nice but once studio it’s a lovely new renovation, lots of natural sunlight during day, views of Marjan hill and at night with windows closed was very quiet.

There could be some more kitchen utensils and cookware. Most nights and early hours of mornings the people in apartment above walking on floor could be heard.
