Studio apartment Oleander

Fue increíble todo, el departamento hermoso, tiene todas las comodidades y una hermosa terraza. Está a 20 minutos del centro, en un barrio muy tranquilo, con bracitos y supermercados cerca. Los dueños fueron increíblemente amables y serviciales, estaban a total disposición para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos y el día antes de irnos tuvieron el hermoso gesto de dejarnos una tabla con fiambres y quesos. La verdad que super recomendado este lugar.

Super friendly host, always willing to help around and provided a small gift during our stay as well. Definitely recommended if looking for good hospitality and family vibes accommodation.

Soba je bila izuzetno čista, opremljena sa raznoraznim uređajima (mikrovalna, fen, pegla). Apartman ima i malu terasu sa jako finim bijelim grožđem. U susjedstvu su preslatke mace, a domaćini su bili jako ljubazni pa su mi posudili i svoj kišobran. Apartman je smješten u jako mirnom kvartu. Osiguran mir i tišina.

Ugodan apartman. Vlasnici su toliko ljubazni. Stavili su male marmelade, namaze, mlijeko i sok u hladnjak. A zadnji dan mog boravka su mi pripremili doručak i sendvič za put. Baš su mi uljepšali boravak. Apartman je cist, ugodan i mirno je okruženje.

I stayed here in mid-August. Both the hosts and the apartment were absolutely wonderful! I was greeted warmly and kept in touch throughout. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, it has everything you need and even things you don’t even know about yet (for example, thread, needle, tape and other small things)). All appliances are fully equipped. You also have access to a mini-terrace with a swing. It's the perfect spot for breakfast or coffee in the evening. My host's mother brought me breakfast the day before I left, which was very touching! Hrvoje was very kind to pick me up from the train station and drive me to the station. Wherever you go, there's a grocery store and a bus stop nearby. The area is quiet and safe. I was alone, and walked both early in the morning and late at night. It was a great experience, I highly recommend it!

This doesn't apply to accommodation. But public transportation often runs on completely incomprehensible schedules. I often had to walk to and from Bacvice beach several times a day. Therefore, I recommend downloading the local transportation company's app.

Todo estuvo perfecto.

Host was amazing, really helpful and above all decent person. I got sick and we missed first night, Hrvoje was kind to give us night for free. Any questions I had was answered. Location was great as family member was in hospital, plus shops were fairly close. My kiddo loved the cats in the neighborhood. Studio was well equipped and after 6 nights I was sad to leave the place. I would highly recommend even if it’s small studio, it’s comfy, calm and has all you need.

Nothing, everything was fine. Even with parking Hrvoje helped to show us great spot that’s shaded.

Hrvoje was an excellent host, explained the apartment and surrounds well, provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and site seeing ideas. The apartment was well appointed, with pantry and fridge items included, and access to a washing machine. The apartment is located an easy walk to a bus stop and grocery store.

Unfortunately the drain smell from the bathroom became very over powering. Not the fault of the host, but this distracted greatly from our experience.

The most friendly and helpful host you can ask for. I felt very welcomed by Hrvoje and got a lot of information about the city upon my arrival. The room with small kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything as described (even some food). Good location - bus stop just few minutes away from the apartment.
