Great living space with big tv great kitchen and front room and balcony is amazing. 15 min walk to beach close to bars and shops.

Bedroom is tiny can’t walk around bed. Air con in front room just about reaches bedroom so could do with bedroom fan. Apartment good for local bars and local beaches but uber ride from old town .

Host greeted us when we arrived and everything was well maintained and clean. It is 4 floors of climbing up with bags but it wasn't too bad. Snacks were complimentary and parking was easily available. Not a far walk from the beach as well!

Danjiela has been an amazing host. She waited for us for our check in despite the flight delay and we arrived later. She has been available through our stay. The location was perfect for the new beach area, supermarket, bakery and bus stop to town. Nice clean flat with really nice terrace.

Great apartment! Nice and tidy with a well equipped kitchen. Lovely balcony to relax on. Good bus links into the centre of split. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The owner is very helpful and lovely. She made sure to confirm my arrival time so she could hand me the flat key in person. The check-in process went smoothly. I especially appreciated the balcony with chairs, where I could relax and enjoy the nice weather.

Perfect host, stylish accommodation, everything was just great. We will return!

No lift , difficult to carry luggage to 4 floor.
