Luxury Apt Petra in 400 year old stone house

everything you need, great coffee machine, shower gel, enough toilet rolls. comfy beds! great location felt very safe and quiet at night but close to town. was perfect for our stay, plenty of room for 5 and nice sitting areas inside and out. will definitely be staying again!

Fantastic facilities with a home from home feel. The house was immaculate throughout and made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. If I were to return to Split I would book this accommodation again. The host was amazing and met us from our transfer location and showed us around the house and provided some really useful information. In summary, if you are heading to Split - stay here, you won't be disappointed.

What a lovely stay we had! I travelled with my husband and our adult daughter (part of her birthday present). We loved our stay there. The place is beautifully and sympathetically modernised - old exposed stone, thick walls and beams, combined with all mod cons of superior quality. Very stylish. Very homely. All we needed was there, and more. Comfortable, luxurious, easy on the eye. Petra was such an excellent host. Professional, friendly, helpful, attentive and responsive. Split was simply beautiful. I can whole-heartedly recommend Patra's place to stay when in Split. We'll be back too :-)

The apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect (very close to everything in town). Petra was an amazing host. She helped us get parking (using her own car to hold a spot until we got to town so that we could easily park). We parked on arrival and did not need to move our car again until we left, given how great the location is to old town, restaurants, and attractions. We will definitely return to this property the next time we are in Split.

Honestly, nothing we didn’t like. We were debating booking this property or another before our trip, and we are glad we booked this one.

Location was amazing, just 5 minutes from the heart of old town. Apartment was lovely, very cozy and had everything we needed plus more. Petra was a great communicator and saved us a parking space on a nearby street which otherwise we would probably would not have had.

Liked everything. Streets are narrow as to be expected so parking is tight like in almost all of Europe

Location was perfect for accessing everything in the port area of Split. Host was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The book of recommendations in the apartment is such a nice touch! Beautiful space - could absolutely live here :)

Communication about arrival was perfect, we had a car and Petra met us at the spot we could park it, which is a god send given the difficulty parking in these beautiful pedestrian friendly towns. Petra sent us a load of great eating and entertainment recommendations- really helpful.

The appartment is really comfortable, beautifully decorated and well equipped. It's really close to everything in the old town and the port/bus station (less than 10 mins). Host was fantastic, really helpful, great tips for restaurants, beaches etc.
