Apartment Mila

This is the neatest and tidiest vacation apartment I've ever seen. Ms. Mila and her husband provided a wealth of amenities, including a variety of tea and coffee, as well as numerous cooking utensils and dishes. Everything, even the additional towels being hidden in the cabinet, was neatly folded and beautifully presented. The balcony is large, facing the harbor, and the view is stunning. The interior of apartment is also tastefully furnished and decorated. This was one of our favorite dwelling places on our trip. The location is very convenient, right at the end of Riva, within walking distance of Diocletian's Palace and the Marjan Hill viewpoint. There's also a small shop downstairs, making shopping easily. Ms. Mila and her husband came to greet us upon arrival and departure. Ms. Mila also recommended nearby restaurants, and we chose the one she recommended for the best value, which was indeed a good one and we dined at both nights. There's a secure parking lot within the ground yard of the building, but spaces aren't guaranteed. So, when we arrived, Ms. Mila's husband reserved a spot for us with his car so we could park easily.

Fabulous apartment, very clean, great location with everything you need.

Mila was a superb host. The communication and check in were 5*. The apartment was well presented, stocked with all the essentials we needed for our stay and was in the perfect location- central with brilliant views of the marina. Would recommend.

Perfect apartment for a stay in Split! Excellent location, beautiful views, comfortable beds and friendly hosts. Strongly recommend and we will definitely return!

I have been booking holiday cottages and apartments for as long as I can remember. This has to be one of the most stand out places I've ever booked. The location is right across from the entrance to split harbour. You can sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. Cruise liners pull up, superyachts, sailing yachts heading to the marina, motor boats taking tourists on tours, the Jadrolinja ferries coming and going... It's in the most fantastic location. The apartment is also about 10 minutes walk from the old town and Diocletians Palace. There are numerous shops and restaurants very close by and the apartment block sits over a Konsum supermarket so not far to go for provisions! Mila and her husband have kitted out the apartment really well including all sorts of things you might have forgotten to bring, shaving kit, shampoo, soap, loads of towels, we didn't want for anything. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and bowls for cooking and all the time that view is just outside the window. The two bedrooms are on the inner (close) side of the apartment so they are quiet and away from the hussle and bussle of the quay side. I'd recommend you keep the windows closed at night as the sea gulls start up very early in the morning! If you get hot leave the A/C on in the lounge and keep the doors open it will keep the apartment cool. Mila was very accommodating, we arrived early morning after a yachting holiday at Marina Agana and she allowed us to get early access to the flat so we could drop our baggage off. I can't praise this apartment and the owners enough.

Mila is a delightful host and an excellent communicator. The location is superb. The apartment is very well appointed and extremely clean.

We were in Croatia during a very hot period. The AC unit is in the living room and the bedrooms were a bit warm. Having fans in the bedrooms for the hot months would be helpful.
