The apartment had all the necessary amenities. For the price, it was good value. The highlight was definitely the air‑conditioning in every room and the convenient window blinds. Location is excellent. Parking is available on the street next to the apartment, and a deposit is required.

Very friendly welcome. Good location, only about 15 mins walk to oldtown. Quite a few good restaurants neaeby.

Parking is an issue and one needs to be lucky to find a space

Was central with a short walk to the old town.

Wasn’t that clean. Was very tired looking. Gas lighter didn’t work which we found out on the last day trying to make breakfast. Hot water was not sufficient for 4 adults to shower. Owner messaged the night before to ask when we were leaving which I thought was a bit rough considering checkout was clearly 10am.

Flat in a quiet location, several minutes away from the old city center and near facilities one may need (supermarket, bakery,...). The flat was very clean and has everything one need for a short (or long) visit to split. Host is attentive, answer fast and available if questions arise.

Nice apartment within walking distance of Split city centre. Host lives nearby and collecting the keys is very easy. The apartment is spacious, well equipped including a nice tourist map of split that guests can use. Very near to supermarkets and takeaways. Overall a great option for families.

finding parking can be bit tricky in the nearby streets. Apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lifts which can be a problem for elderly or people with very small children.
