"Sehr erholsamen Urlaub, die Gastgeberin Marica war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit."

Die Ferienwohnung lag in ruhige Straße, man konnte sehr gut schlafen.

We had a very comfortable stay in apartment Ursic. Maria is a nice host and has decorated the place very thoughtfully. The apartment is just 7-10 mins walk from old town

La posizione era davvero ottima perché in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva direttamente al centro. L’appartamento molto carino e comodo con tutti i confort. Marica, la proprietaria, davvero super gentile.

Departamento excelente, cama amplia y súper cómoda. Tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía. Cocina completísima. Patio fresco para el desayuno. Fácil comunicación con el centro histórico.

Gastvrij, rustig, mooi terrasje, parkeren op terrein (zodat de ene auto wel andere blokkeert) dus afstemmen of je met auto weggaat en evt sleutel achterlaten)

"Little paradise garden near the city center"

This place is absolutely exceptional, absolutely matches the photos and even exceeds the expectations :) The apartment itself is very spacious and super clean, with everything you need for 1 night or 1 month stay. Every apartment has separate exit and comfortable table outside to chill and drink wine in the evening among the garden flowers. Hosts are kind and welcoming, them met us at the villa gates and helped to park the car which can be a bit tricky for people not used to narrow one-way roads in this part of Europe. Also they were extremely nice and helpful with us all 2 days that we stayed in Split. This villa is a unique place to experience wild peacocks singing and flying around, we were absolutely excited, but it's beter to be morally prepared, these guys are quite loud :)

La struttura è accogliente, carina e pulita. Bella doccia grande e ottimo letto. La posizione buona a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal palazzo di Diocleziano ma nonostante questo zona piuttosto tranquilla.

La mancanza di un parcheggio è il punto debole della struttura considerato anche il fatto che all’esterno dell’appartamento difficilmente si trova parcheggio. Mancanza di un forno a microonde. Impossibilità di pagare con carta.
