Comfortable and clean place to stay with cooking facilities, washing machine, fridge etc. Area was relatively quiet but not too far ro walk into town either. Plenty of buses around aswell. Very reasonable accommodation and perfect for a couple.

"Nice place in Riga"

-Cozy interior -Good sound insulation (walls with neighboring apartments) -Generally good location if you like walking like me. For example, 15-17 minutes from the apartment to the bus stop Abrenes Eila (bus 22 to the airport). Also 16 minutes to the 3rd route, the railway station, from where the train goes to Dubulti (the coast of the Baltic sea Jurmala). -TV with YouTube -Washing machine and stove (excellent ventilation), fridge there was even ice for drinks -Underground atmosphere outside, a real unrenovated apartment building (inside entrance, stairs and corridors) where ordinary people live, a view of the railway and the same houses with a once rich history and the present as it is -code from the apartment door -not bad price for 3-4 days

-really weak water pressure from time to time -toilet features (sound and etc) -it would be nice to have a mini dishwasher. Few people are ready to wash dishes thoroughly. -noise from the railway

Good communication, comfortable bed, smooth check in.

The bathroom situation was horrible. The toilet randomly made noises from hell which give you jump scares so bad you struggle to even use it. After noises the thing smells like sewage. If I'd be the host I'd be ashamed to rent it out in that state... The shower has a timer in that it completely floods the bathroom after five minutes so you better shower fast. The water pressure is not the greatest either. The building itself is not high quality. Outside area is a bit dodgy. Also, you're shaking in bed when a truck or train goes by (which is often). All in all a lot of room for improvement. For this price I expected better. Please ugently change the toilet system...
