Villa Saint Lucas

A lot of facilities, really comfortable, perfect location and the communication with the property was very easy and helpful

Location, near to town centre and sea front.

Shower too small and broken shower head holder and a constant smell of sewage in bathroom.

The space was awesome. Close to all the area of Split has to offer. Clean and pretty spacious for the actual size of the space. ☺️

There was a funky smell from the shower drain, they did address it and it was better for the day and then came back...but there were definitely areas in Split that had the same drainage issues...so it may just be due to that. All in all a great stay.

The location was very central ( but this was the only positive thing about our stay)

-awfull smell in the bathroom (moist/drain smell) -drainage system in the shower wasn't working properly so the whole bathroom became flooded after taking a shower (and there was nothing to dry the floor with except 2 towls for whole our stay of 5 days) -towels were very hard and like sandpaper -left over food from the previous habitants -very rude owner (refused to be of any assistance or do anything about the problems altough some people also mentioned this in their reviews. Tried to blame everything on us. And would come over always when we where not there instead of like we suggested when we were present so we could go over all the issues together. -really overpriced property: wouldn't recommend staying here there are far better optioneel

We arrived eary and were able to leave our cases. The prooerty was located in a quiet pedestrianised area. Grocery stores close by. Short walk to beach or main centre. We had a tiny terrace outside number 3 which was a nice place to eat.

The shower head was not firmly fixed and kept falling out, it was held together with masking tape ( its been mentioned in other reviews, so please fix it and you will be scored higher). We found the memory foam mattress too Soft and hot for us but thats a personal preference. No soap or toiletries in the bathroom and we had to buy our own washing up liquid for the dishes. Chipped cups in the kitchen and only 1 wine glass provided.
