Studio apartment Agava with terrace near Old Town

L’emplacement est super. La terrasse est un réel avantage. L’appartement est vraiment chouette.

L’appartement est au 4eme étage sans ascenseur.

Great location. Very close to Old Town and the Riva. The apartment was clean and had a good, working washing machine with a washing line. The host provided good directions to the property.

There is NO ELEVATOR!! Had to lug suitcases up 4 flights of stairs! The terrace is grungy and unappealing. There is no view as it is blocked by the bamboo fence. The view from the kitchen window and bedroom is pleasant - if you look beyond the courtyards of the other apartments. It is not the advertised “city views”. This was disappointing. Parking is on public street - so not guaranteed. Had to park a few streets away and walk up a hill.

It has been a great 5-day stay at this property. 1) the location couldn’t be better, only 10 minutes walk to the riva and the palace. 2) clean and spacious bedroom for the two of us to spread out and a terrace to hang out outdoors. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are at least 5 supermarkets within 10 min walk plus a farmer’s market. We enjoyed many homemade meals here. 3) our hosts are outstanding. They went out of their way to help with our luggage during checkin and checkout. We felt being cared for indeed. Bottom line - a very well deserved 5 star!
