Loved the location, property decor and the host was amazing

The room was outstanding, absolutely spotless and just perfect in every single way! Filip was just the best host, I was looking for some English Breakfast tea bags and he went out of his way to get them for me, as I was struggling to find any. I wanted to pack everything in my suitcase within the room and take it home it was that beautiful

The location is phenomenal, you really cannot get more convenience in Split – you're literally within the palace and it's 3 minutes to walk through to the waterfront. If you're a foodie, you'll be spoilt for choice within a 5 minute walk: Portofino, Zinfandel, Adriatic Sushi & Oysters, Portas, Bokeria, Gelateria Emiliana. The property itself is exactly as photographed – Filip has done an amazing job renovating it to modern standards. It made for a very comfortable stay, every time we came in from the heat, the air conditioning was so refreshing. I struggle getting to with any noise/light, so I'm happy to report the property, including the air conditioning running, was silent and the curtains block out all light. Communicating with Filip on Whatsapp was great, he made sure we were at ease and didn't have any problems.

This is exceptionally minor, but the water pressure in the shower isn't amazing – not the worst I've experienced by any stretch, but my partner found it tricky to rinse her long hair properly without spending a long period of time in there. Definitely not a reason to avoid booking this property.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment. Can't say there could be a better location. Everything within minutes walk and is right in the centre of the old town. Its a beautifully decorated room with all the amenities one would need. Our host was so kind and welcoming. He arranged a convenient check-in and gave us recommendations on awesome restaurants. Highly recommended!

The shower pressure could have been better.

It is an absolutely beautiful property and the best location in the historic tower so you can't get a better location. Perfectly renovated with high quality finishings. This is one of the best airbnbs we've stayed in. Super comfortable bed, amazing linen and towels and the air co worked very well. The owner Philip was very attentive and he organized a driver to pick us up and take us back to the airport. Very nice guy. We loved everything

Nothing. It was perfect.

This has been my top lodging experience in recent years. It boasts an incredible location, nestled within an ancient wall that predates even your mother. The bed is so comfortable that it ensured a perfect sleep, even after a full night of partying. The design is so pleasing, suggesting that it was crafted with genuine love and care. And above all, the host has been absolutely fantastic - very considerate and helpful!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If my income was higher, I would have extended it...

Beautiful apartments. We had two apartments booked. Very secure area. Had a very comfortable stay. Beds very comfortable. Location perfect. Flip was an excellent host. Advised us of lovely restaurants and places of interest. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully get back again soon.
