The location was perfect, the little personal touches and gifts that were left for us, the decor was stunning and the view was stunning! Couldn’t rate our experience higher. Host also organised our valet parking.

The property was absolutely stunning. It was exactly as the pictures showed the host were beyond amazing. The location was perfect. They recommended the valet parking and we met the manager Donato. They were the best value you can imagine.

The one thing we would’ve enjoyed, would’ve been a shower versus a tub to stand in to take a shower and a little more counterspace in the bathroom but other than that, it was perfect. Again we highly recommend the valet parking service was $15 per night, and it was an incredible value.

Superb location. The apartment was spacious, well equipped to a high standard. Check-in was straightforward.. Alex was so helpful in advising of places to visit.

Beautiful historic property in a great location. Was met at the property by a lovely cheerful Italian lady. Loved the kind touches of Chianti on arrival, water and milk in the fridge as well as the biscotti and olive oil, lovely touch. Thank you.

Small bathroom, lack of storage and no shelves in the bathroom or hooks to hang anything on. The apartment needs more matching large wine glasses and larger cups.

It was an amazing stay. I travel a lot, and I have never seen such an amazing attention to detail. Gianluca thinks about everything that tired travelers may need when they have just arrived and need some rest. There was coffee, and there was water and milk in the fridge, and a bottle of chianti for us. These little things are invaluable. The place is immaculately clean, the location is unbeatable, and the view is the best in the world. Also, the second bed (a pull-out sofa) is very comfortable, unexpectedly so. Gianluca also helped us to book a day trip to San Gimignano, which went flawlessly, and called a taxi for us when it was time to move on. I sure felt pampered.

Some of the reviewers mentioned that they didn't like the stairs. Yes, it is a high floor = good view, but the stairs are very easy and comfortable, so unless you have mobility issues, don't let it deter you from booking.

Perfect location to enjoy the lovely town of Siena and the surrounding areas. The property is spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. The host provided water, milk, juice and coffee which was great so we didn’t have to get to the store immediately. The views over Siena are beautiful. The host has thought of everything to make the stay pleasant. We parked our car with their recommended valet which was very convenient. The parking attendant drove us to the meeting spot where the host met us to take us to the property. It couldn’t have been easier and that was very helpful since it was our first time in Siena and it takes a little while to get your bearings.

The only negative is the number of stairs you have to climb to reach the apartment and the old building does not have an elevator. Additionally, the bed is up a steep flight of stairs - not recommended for anyone that has a hard time climbing stairs. We felt the stairs were well worth the effort to enjoy this property!
