"Very bad customer experience"

Nie miałem okazji sie przekonac niestety...

W dniu przyjazdu gospodarz kontaktował sie kilka razy, upewniajac sie czy przyjedziemy i o ktorej. Zapewnial ze wszystko jest ok i mamy pojawic sie zgodnie z zasadami od 15:00. Niestety na 2h przed zameldowaniem booking skontaktow sie ze mną, ze gospodarz odwolal rezerwacje, nie podajac przyczyny. Co istotne apartament ten mozna nadal wynając w dowolnym terminie. Zadnych wyjasnien i kontaktu ze strony obiektu, oceniam to za bardzo negatywne zachowanie i pozostawienie klientów w zasadzie na lodzie... dosłownie i w przenośni. Na szczęscie booking.com stanął na wysokosci zadania.

"Great apartment, unbeatable location"

Great location and a good size flat with 2 decent size bedrooms. It is in an old building but it gives it certain charm. Location is fantastic, you are right in the centre of Sofia.

El alojamiento está muy bien cuidado, cómodo y cerca de las zonas de interés.

Es importante avisar a futuros huéspedes que no disponen de artículos de aseo, que no es muy importante, pero cuando cuentas con eso y llegas muy tarde y sin opciones a compra…uff. Por otro lado es una cuarta planta y sin funcionar el ascensor, complicado para equipaje.
