During my stay, I felt right at home in the cozy apartment and enjoyed the central location. + The apartment exuded a wonderful sense of homeliness and comfort, boasting a prime central location in the heart of the city. Throughout my stay, I relished the feeling of being completely at ease and "at home." The convenience of having access to a washing machine was truly a welcome amenity.The communication regarding the instructions to access the building was exceptionally clear and precise. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a delightful and secure accommodation.

Very central position with various shops and excellent transportation networks (underground, trams, buses) and restaurants. Unfortunately, there are no typical Bulgarian restaurants in the neighborhood; the few that exist are often unbookable or fully booked for weeks. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, though possibly too perfumed. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a useful washing machine. The heating system works well, and there is a dehumidifier that helps purify and control the air since the flat is at the level of the garden.

Regarding the apartment, the only remark to be made concerns the bathroom, which needs refurbishments. The floor is consistently wet as the shower tends to overflow, and the drainage system is very small and ineffective. It is not always practical when used by three adults, and at times, there isn't enough time to fully dry before the next person uses it. Moreover, it is crucial to be mindful of the wet floor, as without a thorough drying, there is an increased risk of slipping and falling. Due to this, it may not be recommended for people with babies and kids. For the area, keep in mind that during national holidays, museums, shops, spas, and restaurants may be closed or have limited hours. This can be unfortunate if you had plans to visit this capital city during holidays.
