DERELLI Deluxe and DERELLI Adorable apartments

Every little detail was WOW ! Way better than a hotel, nothing missing or too much! And Tanya was one of the nicest people I've met in a long long time! I'll most definitely visit again!!!! Thank you Tanya!

There isn't a single thing about this place I didn't like! I was amazed by it!

The host is so lovely and helpful. She was responsive to queries before our arrival and always available for assistance with questions like where to eat and transport. The flat is spacious, super-clean and well supplied with everything you could need, including the basics for cooking. There is a little balcony and nice views over the city to the distant mountains. The area is quiet and though the street is a bit dark late at night we never felt unsafe. There are some shops and restaurants nearby and the location is about a 20-minute walk or an easy bus-ride to the main sites of Sofia. This is not a high-end part of Sofia, and typically some of the streets and buildings have seen better days, but the Derelli apartment block is modern, well-maintained and clean.

The owner of the apartment Tanya, welcomed us warmly, explained all the facilities in the apartment and was really nice. The location of the apartment is great in a quiet street, fifteen minutes walk to the city center and 5 minutes from the metro station. The apartment can be easily reached by public transport, also from the airport. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, a small and pleasant balcony, a comfortable bed, a spacious shower, a coffee machine and an air conditioner

The location is excellent. Close to metro, tram and railway stations. Walking distance to coffee shops, supermarkets and the market known as Women's Market. The flat is well equipped and modern.

The flat is too small and so is the balcony. "Booking" is really misleading regarding this flat. It's really "booking's" fault that you cannot pick the flat you prefer between the 2 that they offer (Derelli Deluxe and Derelli Adorable). "Booking" reassured me that I booked for a flat with separate bedroom, separate living room and a terrace with city view). We ended up in a studio flat with a small balcony with zero view. It is not Tanya's fault, of course. It is only "Booking" to blame for this mess. Tanya was even willing to offer me the other flat if it was available. It was a disappointment

The host was very helpful and thoughtful. Communication prior and during stay was excellent . Tania followed through with suggestions for dining and in my case a particular request for Bulgarian wine recommendations . Host provided some welcome goodies in the fridge. Thoughtfulness was further evidenced by leaving detergent and clothes rack so we could do laundry on our last day. The location is superb. Easy walk to bus and central train stations as well as the metro and trams! Easily reach all relevant sightseeing attractions!

We had a positive experience during our stay. Tania was fantastic—she was easy to contact via WhatsApp, met us in person to hand over the keys, and was incredibly sweet. The welcome beers and chocolate were a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. The apartment's location is a significant advantage, being close to both the central bus and train stations, which made our travel plans convenient.

The area lacks sufficient street lighting, and it is quite quiet, which made walking around at night somewhat unsettling due to the darkness and some overgrown bushes.

Everything. Tania has thought of everything to make the stay a true home from home experience.
