Excellent location, comfortable. Good communication with the staff, there were some small issues that they helped resolve.

The location is excellent! Right in the centre, Vitoshka is 5min walk away. There are multiple shops, pharmacies, restaurants and modes of transportation around to get you around the city. The accommodation itself is sunny and warm during the day. Everything needed for your stay is provided. Check-in instructions were clear, and the host checked in on us to see if everything was alright and if we needed anything additional. Will come back, and will recommend.

Great location with great public transportation options minutes away. Lots of restaurants and grocery options within a 10 min walk. It was a quiet building in a busy area.

The stovetop was a little high and the kitchen was a little dark(just needs a brighter bulb).

The location was perfect for us.

We didn’t like the bathroom, because the sink is very small. Using the sink to wash the face only, the water will spill over the floor.

if your looking for a nice, cozy apartment to have a chill week with your partner, that's the place. Well located in quite and nice street, transportation and shop/markets a walk away. Main boulevard 5 min distance, easy to reach and enjoy the city. Everything cleaned and proper to use. We really liked it :D

Great location! 10-min walk to Vitosha Blvd, 20-min walk to Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Excellent bakery (Kings) on the corner for breakfast of banitsa & coffee. Several trams on the corner also to get to train station. Enjoyed the glassed-in balcony (windows do open) and writing desk. Main room is large with small kitchen in separate room. Hosts answered questions quickly, in English.

The bathroom stayed damp for a few hours after a shower (is the kind of shower where there is no separate tub/stall, only a plastic curtain and drain is in floor).

The apartment was very spacious and we had everything we needed. It was warm inside the apartment. There was central heating, as well as air condition. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything was clean. The tram station was close and there are bakeries and markets nearby. There is a direct line to central bus station, which is a big plus. The customer support person was very friendly and helpful, even with things that weren't about the apartment.

We struggled a little to find the lock box to take the keys. The instructions said on the left, and we looked, but the lock box is grey, as well as the walls and floor, and it was on the ground so it wasn't that obvious. A gentleman who exited the building showed us where too look, otherwise who knows how long it would've taken us to find it. Also, front door lock was wonky; it was wobbly and it looked like it was on the verge of falling of. It actually stayed in our hands a couple of times, but we were able to put it back. The elevator was kinda wonky too. It shakes and groans when you enter and while you climb, but at least it worked. It was also pretty small. But other than front door lock, the apartment was in an excellent condition, the furniture was fairly new and comfortable.

the place is very close to Vitosha St. and a few convenience stores nearby. the kitchen is fully equipped in case you need to cook

pillows need to be replaced, some had mildew in the closet. the couch is not comfortable and the bed is very noisy, but its fair enough to sleep comfortably
