W mieszkaniu należy docenić jego przestronność oraz lokalizację. Dużo blatu w aneksie kuchennym, wygodne łóżko.

Brakuje naturalnego światła w mieszkaniu, jeśli ktoś oczekuje słońca o poranku, to nie tutaj. Brakowało ociekarki do naczyń (jest zmywarka, ale co jeśli ktoś ma dwa talerze i kubki do umycia?) W łazience kratka wentylacyjna prosi się o wyczyszczenie. Brakowało dużego lustra, w którym można się przejrzeć od stóp do głów przed wyjściem.

"150€ die Nacht sind keineswegs gerechtfertigt!!! Ich würde es nicht mehr buchen…"

Gute Lage, Strandnähe, zentral

Umgebung sehr laut bis tief in die Nacht, Gebäude hellhörig, wenn der Mieter (normale Wohnung) darüber die Waschmaschine nutzt wackelt der Deckenleuchter beim Schleudern (auch das teils bis 22:30 Uhr, keine Fliegengitter (Mücken), Grundsätzlich erscheint es sehr abgewohnt, teils Renovierungsbedürftig, auch der Hausflur ist alles andere als schön, Lampe im Flur hängt nur am Kabel und einer herausgerissenen Schraube, Thema Nachbarn (normale Mieter): unsere 3 miteinander zusammengeschlossene Fahrräder wurden von irgendjemandem der Mieter auf dem Hof von a nach b geschleift inkl. Entsprechender Spuren danach an den Rädern (Kratzer, abgebrochene Klingel)
