Apartments Providenca

Das Apartment war sehr zentral.

Sauberkeit war kaum vorhanden. Abfluss hat sehr stark gestunken. Ausstattungen wie Ofen, Bügelbrett etc. waren zwar beim buchen des Apartments angegeben aber funktioniert nicht oder waren nicht vorhanden. Auch das mir gesagt wurde das das Apartment zu klein für ein, von dem Gastgeber angegeben Ausstattungen ( indem Fall ein Bügeleisen) aber dafür es drei Kaffeemaschinen gab. Oder auch das der Ofen nicht funktioniert. Wieso gibt man das dann als Ausstattung an? Sehr enttäuschend und wird auch nicht noch einmal gebucht.

The property was exceptionally clean and very nicely put together. The interior and the whole property was very cute. The host sent a message two days before our stay with all the details needed along with a video on how to get to the accommodation. The location is right in the city centre next to shops and restaurants. It's in a very quiet location so there was no noise and the bed was super comfy! The bedsheets smelled very clean and fresh. Toiletries were provided and overall it was a great stay. We would definitely stay there again. We also forgot some clothes behind and the host kindly sent us a message so we were able to collect them.

There's nothing major to complain about. The only thing is that it can get quiet humid especially after a shower as I don't think there is good ventilation in the accommodation but there is a fan built in the wall and the air conditioning to help that. The water from the shower would leak through the shower cubicle while having a shower so we had to keep a towel on the ground and squeeze it out after our shower. Besides that everything was perfect.

The apartment was perfect. Everything you need and excellent location. The host was so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Great location

Toilet is extremely tiny, and on the first day when opening the door we had lots of cockroaches in the room! Had to kill them all but then was worried when sleeping that they’re just walking about. Opened a cabinet and they just started spreading. Mouldy walls and peeling walls

Location. I found it easily. Recently renovated, nice decor, and clean. Things worked as intended. Prompt and helpful replies to queries. Storage cupboards. Cooker with oven and grill.

The kitchen is a cramped corner and awkward to access cupboards and sink. It was fine for me this time, but not ideal.
