I can confirm all the positive reviews about the apartment. It is indeed very clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the owner is very kind and helpful. The air conditioning works perfectly. The apartment is in a great location — near the Old Town and very close to the promenade. There are grocery stores in the area. Interestingly, it was quiet and peaceful at night. We have very fond memories of our stay.

Centrally placed.

the apartment is very nice and is ideally located in a quiet street at less than 5 minutes walk from the city center. It is very confortable with all the equipments you need. I strongly recommend this apartment!

Had everything we needed for a reset after coming off a sail trip. Hot water was great, had 4 people showering back to back and it didn’t go cold. Living space was nice, kitchen was spacious and had a washing machine with provided powder which was a nice touch. Lots of towels, dishwasher etc the list goes on

Super hard to communicate with as the host doesn’t have messaging through booking.com turned on. At check in there was no way of getting into the building so we sat out in the heat and eventually waited for someone else to leave the complex so we could get in. For the price and how nice the place is I’d expect a smoother check in process, even just some instructions or a lock box so people can get in would be a big improvement

Maybe better than shown in photos. The owner is a very sweet lady, who cleans and takes care the apartment herself and not some kind of agency. Everything was perfect. Thank you Angie.
