Apartment Reful

Location is really nice😘

Good sized, second floor apartment, lay out works well for a family of 4, perfectly clean and well provisioned with everything you should need for a few days base for Split Old Town. A/c in larger room and fan in double bedroom. No balcony, but shuttered windows and hanging washing.lines to use......and pegs! .Kitchen is functional, stocked with cutlery, pots pans plates glasses etc, there is also a dishwasher The location is quiet, and only 3 minutes walk to the Old Town and 7/8 down to the bus station. Supermarket round the corner.and seemed a perfectly safe area to walk to and from. Very easy to deal with the owner, good Comms, flexible and good natured. Not that you need too many, but no real instructions provided in the apartment - say for picking a short program on the washing machine, or for the dishwasher, but this is a very small point. WiFi works great. Some guests might welcome addition of a coffee machine and bread.toaster, but otherwise no other suggestions All in all, good value.

No major issues.....just a couple of small things mentioned above as suggestions.....

The sheet on the bed that we were supposed to cover with had stains on it. Luckily, we brought our own sheet so we didn't need to use theirs. Other than that, everything was great.

Everything

I like apartment is very big, clean and on the central line ( close to centre). Parking on front door is payed , is zone A ( working time 07:00am - 09:00pm). Kitchen is very big, clean, bathroom also!!! Bedroom are perfect, bed is clean and comfortable. The woman what's give as key's is very pretty and smiling, she give as answer for everything and make as to feeling like we are on our own home. If someone search place where he will fill like home , THIS IS CORRECT PLACE!!!! RECOMMENDED! WITH REGARDS, Plamen Atanasov

The location was perfect

There are barely no parking spots available. The stay doesn’t offer any, although claiming so. The rooms were pretty dusty and very clean. If not for the location, this would have been a pretty bad experience. Still not worth the money.

In summary, our stay was absolutely flawless. The apartment was comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, and even surpassed our expectations. It is in the heart of the town: 300 or 500 meters to the city center. We particularly loved Kasjuni Beach, which while not near the city center, was easily accessible via Uber. As for the property host, he was incredibly pleasant, always willing to assist, and very dependable. One instance that stood out was when the host acknowledged that we would be arriving late with a toddler. He graciously inquired about what we might need for the baby in the fridge, knowing that the shops would be closed by the time we arrived. We just wanted to say thank you!

Our stay was generally as expected, but it's worth mentioning that the apartment is in the city center, so there's a chance of encountering traffic at night and encountering tourists who may be a bit noisy. It's not a frequent or daily occurrence, but it does occasionally occur. Second floor without a lift.
