Apartment Antonija i Mateo, Apartment in the center of Split rooms

Reasonably well located, clean, fairly spacious and mostly well-equipped. The host was very pleasant, attentive and helpful.

The apartment leaves a distinct impression of 'a work in progress'. Equipment is of good quality, but the rooms lack detail: the main bedroom has no cabinet or hanging space for clothes, the combination bathroom and washing room has no hooks on which to hang clothes and towels, and the combined lounge- bedroom area can do with a curtain to give more privacy to the bedroom. Small details which, if corrected, can make it excellent.

Really great location. The apartment is spacious, the rooms are large, and the beds are more than comfortable. A huge plus is also the parking space right in front of the entrance, which is a real rarity in the center of Split and worth its weight in gold.

De locatie is super fijn. Je kan voor de deur parkeren en je loopt zo het centrum in of richting het strand. We hadden het beneden appartement. De ruimte was eerlijk gezegd een stuk beter dan het beeld dat de foto's ons gaven. Het is heel ruim, met hoge plafonds. De inrichting kan misschien iets gezelliger, maar de vibe is heel goed. Fijne bedden.

We traveled as a big family group and were very pleased with the home's size and location. The living room, dining area, and kitchen were all large and connected, which allowed everyone to feel close but still have the space we needed. The multiple beds per room and two bathrooms definitely made everyone feel taken cared of. The wrap around balcony was such a great bonus to have. You could see part of the town, the water, and the stars at nigh; it was also useful when it came to drying our clothes. The walk into town was down the hill and very close. There are supermarkets, bakeries, and very good restaurants (šug restaurant) nearby, as well as Old Split. Overall, we felt comfortable and at home.

For those with accessibility issues, the apartment is up a few flights of stairs, which we didn't mind. Our host helped us with our suitcases.

Excellent location. Spotless. Friendly and helpful hosts. Very comfortable beds. Two bathroome, neither of which is ensuite...great for a group of friends. Wifi reliable. Free parking for 2 cars!

No microwave oven. Not absolutely necessary, but would be helpful.
