Spaladium - City Center Apartments

Lovely little property in a good location. Very clean.

Central apartment, easy to walk into old town, good facilities and lovely garden area. Comfortable beds and air conditioning

Street parking, can get busy in evening but free, if you can find a space!

The location is pretty perfect with it being super close to the supermarket, bus stop and the old town. Shower was great.

The place is not very sound proof and with the apartment windows being at street level, you can hear everyone coming home from their night out so we got woken up every night. There is also another apartment adjacent and the guests were super loud and you can hear it all. Unfortunately, the photos were a bit misleading. I asked for the double bed option but we got two twins and also in the photos it shows you have access to the garden patio which we didn’t. This was just for the other apartment.

Location was fantastic for the old town and Split generally. Beautiful private garden.

More air conditioning needed - fans not quite efficient enough. It was exceptionally hot during our stay.

Very near the old town ,just 10 minutes walk. The apartment was extremely comfortable, spacious and had a full kitchen. Extremely clean.

We loved the space and beautiful patio , the apartment was in a perfect location for the old town and the facilities were excellent.

The parking is very restricted, it’s a struggle to find a free spot .

Location was good

App was in the basement so you could hear all the noise from outside not great at all
