Modern apartment, very cozy and fully equipped

The elevator is old but it’s fine with the stairs as well. The bad part I would say it’s the bathroom, Italian style but the water doesn’t drain properly, so you need to wait until the floor it’s dried to be able to use the toilet properly.

The hostess was lovely and made sure the place was sparkling clean, even though the previous guests checked out late. The apartment is large and pleasant, in a central but quiet location

The parking is paid, but it's only 10 leva per day so it's really not bad

Everything was excellent. The host was very responsive, she let us park the car in the inner yard before the check in time. Car parking is extra 10 lev per day but well worthed. The location is perfect and the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is in the 5th floor but there is a small elevator.

One thing we didn’t love was the “wet” shower with no curtains or glass to prevent getting water all over the bathroom, but this is quite common in Bulgaria.

Borislava really took care very well of everything for our arrival and even reserved taxi for departure. Everything is awesome with this place!

The apartment is in an old building located in a central location but it's completely renovated. Cleanliness is fantastic. Secured parking is available at extra cost.

The apartment was as it seems in the photographs. Fifth floor with a great view from the kitchen.Very spacious,very clean and with everything a family will need. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, big spacious bedroom with all the amenities (towels, sheets, duvets, shampoo, hairdryer and even an ironing table). Very close to the city centre (about 10min walk to the main pedestrian zone) with a lot of shops nearby. The owner was extremely kind and very helpful, she even offered us some toys for the kids and proposed a lot of places to have lunch or dinner with the kids. There was a closed parking space for our car at the back of the building. We had the chance to park earlier and to check in earlier. Very nice experience overall.

The only negative thing it was the elevator. It is very old and don't work all the time but.

It's so difficult these days to find places that are actually run by local people and who benefit from the tourism in their country through accommodation. Borislava's place was just perfect, and she was the kindest, most wonderful and helpful host ever. We had such a magnificent stay and even booked another night on the way home informally with her, we loved it so much. It was also amazing to be able to park our hire car in a safe and secure location for just 10 Levs - thank you so much Borislava!

The location could be slightly better. It can be a bit precarious walking late at night in the streets, but there are always taxis at all times of the night. Make sure you have cash on you when using taxis - they don't like card transactions.
