Maria-Luiza's Cozy Central Apartment

All praise for the accommodation, extremely clean, spacious, great location, provided car parking, friendly staff, I hope we will come back again... 😀😀

The host is very helpful and friendly and the apartment is more spacious than it seems from the pictures. We found Lidl across the street. We were able to park in a closed-in area behind the building. The kitchen gets a little too warm from the afternoon sun but there is air conditioning in the other rooms. :-)

The flat has been recently renovated and has all the necessary kitchen-items if you wish to cook. The view is great and it is located in a very central spot - the significant majority of points of interest are accessible on foot. There is an on premise, private and super safe parking lot as well. The hostess was very helpful; she helped us on everything we needed. She also takes care of the cleanliness, which is of high standards.

Few of the rules, attached on the refrigerator's door, may be considered a bit exaggerating or they should be rephrased as requests; especially the shower part where there is no mat or foot-towels available and your are asked for not using any of the available towels but an impractical mop.

Well located

Shower doesn’t drain. The fold out sofa bed is broken and folds up in the middle Mattress toppers stained Host has a rule list that you only get told about once you have arrived to the property. Also host is very intrusive on what you are doing. Even when you are outside the apartment. Calls you asks what you are doing and what time you are going to be back. Keeps an eye on when you are in and out via the camera at the door. Was bitten multiple times within the apartment

This place is at the heart of the city. It has a perfect view from the back. You might reach with a small walk to many of the city's attractions. Even though we had a bit of a problem with meeting with the host and parking at first, the lady host was very very helpful. Parking is a huge issue in Sofia, so the parking place of this place is a huge advantage. You just have to contact the host before you arrive and arrange a meeting. The cleanliness is something I need the emphasize when I talk about this apartment. It was a 10 days trip with my family, and this was the cleanest place we stayed, it was like home. Very very clean place. The apartment is perfectly furnished, bidet in the closet was a very nice touch. Every piece of furniture and electronic device in the apartment was well picked, just like home. If I happen to stay in Sofia again, this would certainly be the place I stay.

The elevator is a bit old, it might have some artistic value but is not very convenient to use, we used the stairs. And there is not something bad about this place.

Nicely renovated clean and spacious apartment in an old building, fully functional kitchen. Apartment very close to the centre, safe parking space. Host was very nice and helpful.
